The promise of so many organisations now operating in the alternative legal space is a better lifestyle.

That is of course important to us. Above all though, we want our partners to build their careers in the shape that suits them. For some, that will be a large practice with a growing team. For others, it will be a part time sole practice either towards the end of a career or alongside other personal commitments.

Whatever shape their practice takes, our lawyers are free to work from wherever they like, either remotely, on-site with their clients or from our leased office space.

We will never impose billing targets on our lawyers nor will we put any pressure on our lawyers to work with specific clients.
