The promise of so many organisations operating in the alternative legal space is a better lifestyle. That is, of course, important to us.

Above all though, we want the lawyers in our network to build careers in a shape that suits them.

For some, that will be a busy and lucrative practice. For others, it may be a part-time practice towards the end of a career or alongside other personal commitments.

Whatever shape their practice takes, our lawyers are free to work from wherever they like, either remotely, on-site with their clients or from our leased office space.

We will never impose billing targets on our lawyers nor will we put any pressure on our lawyers to work with specific clients.

You will work where you want, when you want and with whom you want.
